性能及特点

利用可编程电子控制系统进行电气控制，智能优化设计传动机构，依托滚柱抵消梭子运行离心力，使梭轮处于悬浮状态，能实现高速编织的塑料圆织机。

1.控制系统应有显示班次、产量等信息，且具备自动记录(保存)编织米数、正反运转提升编织布与纬密度参数设置、自动监测故障信息等功能。

2.断经、断纬、纬完停车装置动作可靠。经丝断停车测50次，可靠率应达96%;纬丝断停车和纬丝完停车各测10次，可靠率应达100%。

3.各运行部位的动作应正确、可靠、传动平稳、无卡阻现象。

4.能实现不停机方式调整纬密度，且编织布100mm内可作1%范围任意值调整纬密度。

5.整机噪声(负载A计权声压级)不得超过85db(A)。

PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERISTICS

1.Max. rotational speed of main body is 210r/min.

2.lt is controlled by color touch screen,which is easy to operate and check data.

3.Swing lever has dust cover to increase its lifespan more than doubled.

4.High sensitive detector for weft-breaking and weft-ending is adopted to avoid bad weaving effect.

5.Suspending device is adopted to increase shuttle wheel's lifespan to more than one year. At the same time,plastic yarn will not be pressed and damaged by shuttle wheel,which increases the machine's speed and fabric's evenness.
