水带圆织机

 

功能及特点:

我公司生产的圆织机是用于生产消防水带和农用灌溉水带等的一款多功能圆织机，是代替传统水带织机的新型设备，生产速度可达100-200转。产量比传统织带机多50%以上，电费、人工工资比传统织带机减少一半。水带圆织机是以PP/PE/涤纶为原材料将纱线倍捻后，通过经纬方向编织生产成小管径圆织带。在编织过程中根据用户对水带尺寸规格和产量的不同需求把PE内膜穿放在圆织带内一起编织收卷。星空体育在技术上进行改进、创新、开发的新型圆织机，27cm长的纬线整梭具有先进水平，性能指标明显优于其它同类产品。

Performance and Characteristics:

The circular loom produced by our company is a multi-functional circular loom for the pro- duction of fire hose and agricultural irrigation hose, etc.. which is a new generation of equipment that replaces the traditional hose circular loom,comparing with traditional loom, the the pro- duction speed can be max. up to 100-200 rpm with 50% more output , and50% electrical energy saving and labour saving . The hose circular loom is feeding with PP/PE/polyester twisted yarn as warp and weft weaving to be a small diameter of circular tubular hose. In the weaving process, according to the different needs of users for hose size, specifications and output, the PE inner film is inserting and lining in the circular tubular hose to weave and rewind together, Our new circular loom with technical improvement, innovation and development, the 27cm length weft shuttle has an advanced level, and the performance index is obviously better than other similar products.
